1. Definitions
VoyagePot refers to the network connection and privacy protection application and related services developed and operated by the VoyagePot team.
User refers to any natural person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Service.
Service refers to the secure network connection, data encryption, traffic acceleration, node selection, and customer support services provided by VoyagePot.
Access Code refers to a code lawfully obtained by the User for the purpose of redeeming service access privileges.
Customer Support Services refer to online customer support, ticketing systems, or email support provided by VoyagePot.

Users must have full legal capacity and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and access codes and are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account or access codes.
VoyagePot shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure or misuse of account information, access codes, or support request information caused by the User.

VoyagePot provides certain basic features that may be accessed directly by Users. Depending on the type of service and system configuration, some features or network resources may require successful authorization verification before access is granted.
For the purpose of service access control, VoyagePot may provide Users with authorization credentials (such as access codes) to verify eligibility for accessing specific services. Such credentials are solely used to confirm service access eligibility and do not represent any transfer of ownership, subscription rights, or proprietary interests.
Authorization credentials are limited to use by the User to whom they were issued. Their validity, scope of use, and duration are subject to the actual system status. If any abnormal use, misuse, or violation of these Terms is detected, VoyagePot reserves the right to suspend or terminate the corresponding service access.

Users agree to use the Service only within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations and shall not use the Service to engage in activities including, but not limited to:
- Violating applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements;
- Infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights;
- Distributing malicious software, viruses, or conducting network attacks;
- Reverse engineering, tampering with, interfering with, or abusing the Service;
- Using the Service to engage in terrorism-related activities, fraud, or other unlawful acts.
VoyagePot reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate service access if it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in prohibited activities.

VoyagePot may provide customer support through online support channels, ticketing systems, or email communication.
When submitting support requests, Users shall provide accurate and necessary information to facilitate issue resolution.
VoyagePot will use such information solely to the extent necessary for processing support requests.

VoyagePot may modify, suspend, or interrupt the Service due to maintenance, upgrades, system adjustments, or malicious use by Users.

VoyagePot reserves the right to terminate service access for Users who materially violate these Terms.

VoyagePot shall not be liable for any losses arising from the User’s device, network environment, third-party services, or force majeure events.
